• Refunds or replacements will only be provided in special cases such as:

  • Wrong product shipped by Sanskruti.

• Customized outfits, sale items, and accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Requests for returns/exchanges in special cases must be made within 7–14 days of delivery, along with order details and supporting photos.

• Once approved, replacements or store credits will be processed after the returned product passes our quality check.
