Return & Refund Policy

At Sanskruti, we value your trust and strive to deliver premium-quality traditional wear that celebrates culture and craftsmanship. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we ensure that every product is carefully checked before being shipped. However, please note that refunds are not offered as a standard practice. Refunds will only be provided in special cases such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Unwashed and free from stains, perfumes, or alterations

    • Packed in their original packaging with tags intact

⚠️ Please note the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Accessories such as jewelry, stoles, or masks


Refund & Replacement Process

  • Refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed in special cases, including:

    • Items received in defective or damaged condition

    • Wrong product shipped by Sanskruti

  • Once your returned item is received, it will go through a quality inspection.

  • If approved under special circumstances, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited only to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Kindly contact us immediately via email or phone.

  2. Share your order details along with clear photos of the product.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund in this special case at no extra cost to you.
